We don’t have a physical store yet, but we plan to open stores in major cities.
Where do you produce your Essentials?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Email us at info@innermore.eu with your request, and we’ll find the best solution for you.

CLOTHING
What happens at airport security if I’m wearing an Innermore shirt with magnetic closures?
We have consulted with airport security, and according to their information, the magnets used in our clothing should not cause any issues when passing through security screening.
Are the magnets waterproof and nickel-free?
Our magnets have a waterproof coating that also protects against nickel allergies.
Can I wear an Innermore shirt if I have a medical device?
If you have a medical device, please consult your doctor before wearing magnetic clothing.
Can I use fabric softener?
We don’t advise it. Using softeners will coat the fibres and reduce their natural ability to breathe and thermoregulate.
Can I bleach Innermore products?
No – it will destroy fibres.
Can I iron my merino?
Merino is best left unironed. The natural Merino bounces back into shape easily after washing, so you may find that you don’t need to iron your Merino at all. Instead, allow the creases to fall out naturally or use a steamer.
LINT BRUSH
How is the Lint Brush different from a classic tape roller?
Not to shame the old sticky tape roller too much, but it’s an outdated garment tool. First, it’s a disposable product. Additionally, even if the adhesive is effective at picking up lint and hairs, it often leaves a sticky residue on the garment. As a result, your newly cleaned clothes become like a magnet for more hair, dirt and dust.
Why don’t I get a good result brushing in both directions?
The brush is constructed with tiny bristles all pointing in the same tilted direction. So, when moving the brush against the bristles, the brush will lift and catch the stuff you want to remove.
Can I use the Lint Brush on all kinds of fabrics?Yes! But be careful with delicate fabrics – start by brushing softly and make sure that the fabric doesn’t get damaged.
How long does a Lint Brush last?
It is a one-time investment and unlike the disposable lint rolls with tape strips, you never need to replace or refill any parts of the brush.
STEAMER
How long can I use the Cirrus X Handheld Steamer continuously?
We recommend that you steam for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time with your Cirrus X Handheld Steamer and allow it to cool down between sessions.
In what countries can I use my steamer?
If you have a steamer with an EU plug, it may be used in all countries supporting the frequency of 220-240 Voltage – the same voltage as most of Europe. Some countries do not use the same voltage or frequency, so please make sure to check this before you travel somewhere with your steamer.
The steamer will work just fine in most countries with an adapter, but if you find yourself in a country using a different voltage standard, then your steamer will unfortunately not function. If you connect the steamer to an outlet with different voltage standard, it might work poorly or even break. We strongly recommend not to use the product unless the voltage match. Using a converter will most likely not work, as our steamers are too powerful to operate.
Please note that our steamers are not dual voltage, meaning they will not adapt to local voltage or power outlets. We always recommend informing yourself about the frequency at a destination you plan to visit.
Examples of countries where our EU-steamers will not work, even with an adapter: USA, Mexico, Japan and Canada.
What Fabrics Can I Steam?
Anything that does not withstand water is always good to avoid steaming or steam from a distance. We do not recommend steaming leather, suede, PU leather, or any fake leather. You can use your steamer on all other materials, but please note that we recommend that you are careful with sheer and delicate fabrics. Imagine that you want the same result as if you were to put your garment hanging in the bathroom while taking a hot shower – that’s an excellent way to go for sheer fabrics that you feel uncertain about steaming.
Can I steam Bedlinen?
Yes, you can steam your bed linen. You can use your steamer on your bedlinen while they are lying on the bed/mattress; no worries! The same goes for pillows and covers. So, you can either steam your sheets separately or after you make the bed and everything is lying in place.
Why does the steam button turn red while steaming?
If the light turns red while steaming, this means the water is being reheated back to the right temperature. It's safe to steam with Cirrus X Handheld Steamer while the light is red, but we recommend waiting until the light turns white for optimal steam quality.
How to recycle a steamer?
All electronic equipment, no longer in use, should be recycled. We want to encourage all our customers with steamers, they for various reasons may not want or need anymore, to please recycle them as electronic waste.
