Refund policy

At Innermore, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

Exchanges are not possible.

How to Request a Refund:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Email us at info@innermore.eu with your order number, the name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions:

You can return your items within 14 days from receiving the order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Garment care products in open packaging are not returnable.
If the product(s) show signs of use or damage, the customer loses the right to refunds.

Refund Process:

We will refund the payment for the items no later than 14 days after receiving your returned items. OÜ Innermore has the right to withhold the refund until you have returned the item or presented proof that you have given the returned item over to a post office. We will make the refund to the same account from where the payment was received.

Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will cover the return shipping costs if you receive the wrong or defective item.
