Shipping policy

Most of Innermore items are made to order. As a result, some products require longer preparation times. 

Products marked as available on pre-order are open for purchase.

Pre-order items have a production time of up to 4 weeks. During busier times, it may take up to 5-6 weeks to complete an order.

If pre-ordered items are purchased alongside in-stock products, the entire order will ship once the pre-order is completed.

Please note that delivery times do not include preparation time.

Shipping:

We currently ship goods to the following countries:

  • Estonia
  • Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania)
  • Nordics (Finland, Sweden)
  • Europe Zone 1 (Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia)
  • Europe Zone 2 (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia)
  • Europe Zone 3 (Austria, France, Ireland, Portugal, Spain)

We use the following partners for shipping: Itella Smartpost (Posti in Finland) parcel machines, DPD parcel machines and pickup points, and couriers.

Please note:

If you live outside of the above-mentioned countries and wish to order from us, we can arrange shipment by courier. Please contact us by e-mail info@innermore.eu.

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Please note:

The delivery cost of the goods is borne by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method. In Estonia, parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days of entry into force of the sales contract.

Outside Estonia, goods are usually delivered within 21 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within a time frame of up to 30 calendar days. If the online shop has notified the buyer of delivery issues and a term exceeding 30 calendar days on their website or in the order confirmation, the term specified by the online shop applies.

Information on international orders:

All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

For countries inside the European Union (EU), shipping destination VAT rates apply. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) are subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

Additional charges must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Innermore OÜ recommends you to contact your local customs office to receive additional information.
